Nuevo Carnic is always searching for ways to improve, so we have invested in Semi-continuous Batch Processes with state-of-the-art equipment. Our facility is considered one of the most modern plants at the national and regional level, and we attend to every detail in handling our products and by-products. In the rendering room, by-products that are not suitable for human consumption, which come from other parts of the plant, are processed and packed.

We turn these by-products into finished products such as meat and bone meal (MBM), industrial tallow, etc. Our constant monitoring ensures the product is aligned with the highest quality standards.

Rendering is an industrial process that makes it possible to provide protein with high nutritional value for animal feed and turn fat into a product that is important for the soap industry.

Our meat and bone meal (MBM) is a protein product obtained from rendering cattle meat processing by-products. MBM is of high nutritional value and is an ingredient in feed for birds, pigs and dogs. This product does not contain specific hazardous material that can transmit spongiform encephalopathy.

To ensure the safety of this product, we conduct the bacteriological analyses: aerobic mesophylls, coliform, generic E. coli, salmonella SPP, enterobacteria.
