Nuevo Carnic was present at the 3rd edition of the Festival de Asados (BBQ event), organized by Sinsa, a leading company in the hardware sector in Nicaragua. Two days full of food tasting, contests, prizes, music and excellent master classes of renowned Nicaraguan chefs.

Nuevo Carnic promotes Sustainable Development through an environmental culture, so in 2020 the goal has been to reinforce the reforestation program, to reach more than 10,000 trees planted since 2017.

The Bovine Traceability program is essential for the industry since with this it is possible to have control of each animal received, from its birth to slaughter; Nuevo Carnic established more than 4 decades ago a traceability system that allowed to know the origin of the cattle.
